My therapeutic work with my clients is built on the idea that a safe, supportive and confidential space will allow individuals to speak freely and ultimately assist them to work towards their personal therapeutic goals. A trusting, consistent and emphatic therapeutic relationship is at the core of my practice as a psychologist.

I strongly believe in working holistically with all my clients, keeping in mind the different aspects of health and wellness which includes our physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. My predominant approach in therapy is using a psychodynamic framework which focuses on in-depth, insight-oriented work. However my methods remain flexible and I cater the therapy to my client’s individual needs and abilities; this may include using other techniques such as CBT or mindfulness training to successfully help client’s reach their therapeutic goals or deepen their journey of self-exploration and empowerment.
